KEY WORDS:bilingual alignment,user interface,usabilityusability evaluation III 摘要 目前,双语对齐软件在功能得以实现的基础上,用户界面的可用性问题还未 引起设计人员的足够重视,但是对它的研究关系到翻译技术的推广和普及。如何 结合译者的信息技术认知特点,开发具有针对性的,“以用户为中心"的用户界 面设计,以提高软件的可用性,是双语对齐软件开发过程中需要深入探讨的问题。 本文主要解决面向译者的双语对齐软件用户界面可用性的问题研究。首先在 总结人机交互、可用性概念、评价指标及测评方法,用户满意度等研究综述的基 础上,提出适用于双语对齐软件的可用性评价维度。其次在总结和对比现有可用 性测评方法的基础上,根据本文研究实践中的可行性,选取合适的可用性评估策 略。随后研究以WinAlign为案例,对其用户界面做出可用性工程测评,并通过 用户测试,得到可用性测评的量化结果。在测评过程中同时对测试用户的所有操 作行为进行详细的记录和任务结果分析。测试结束后,通过用户界面满意度问卷 收集测试用户对原型界面可用性问题的评估意见,了解用户在模拟真实环境下对 软件设计、相关操作的有效反馈以及可用性各维度对于用户满意度的影响。针对 存在的问题,初步构建了双语对齐软件总体改进指标体系,并采用纸面原型设计 方法对WinAlign用户界面原型提出相应的调整改进设计。 从对测试用户回收的样本数据进行统计,得出以下三点主要研究结论:1、 通过文献综述结合双语对齐软件的专业特点从视觉清晰性、灵活性、易学性、一 致性和用户帮助五个方面重新构建了双语对齐软件可用性评估维度;2、信息认
